Installation Instructions

macOS

  1. Download the .dmg file for your chip (Apple Silicon or Intel).
  2. Open the .dmg and drag Binderus into your Applications folder.
  3. Open Binderus from Applications.

macOS Gatekeeper notice: Since Binderus is not signed with an Apple Developer certificate, macOS may block the app the first time you open it. To fix this, run this command in Terminal:

xattr -cr /Applications/Binderus.app

Then open the app normally. You only need to do this once.

Not sure which chip? Click the Apple menu () → About This Mac. If it says "Apple M1/M2/M3/M4", choose Apple Silicon. Otherwise, choose Intel.

Windows

  1. Download the .msi installer.
  2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the installer prompts. Binderus will be added to your Start menu.

SmartScreen warning: Windows may show a "Windows protected your PC" dialog. Click More infoRun anyway. This happens because the app isn't signed with a paid Microsoft certificate.

Linux

  1. Download the .deb package for your architecture (x86 or arm64).
  2. Install via terminal:
sudo dpkg -i binderus_0.6.0_amd64.deb

macOS

macOS 10.15 (Catalina) or later. Intel and Apple Silicon supported natively.

Windows

Windows 10 (1803+) or later. 64-bit required. WebView2 runtime included.

Linux

Debian 11+, Ubuntu 20.04+, or any distro with WebKit2GTK 4.1+. x86_64 architecture.
